We charge a flat diagnostic fee that covers the technician's travel, inspection, and diagnosis. This fee is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair. You'll know the full cost before any work begins — no surprises.

Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we'll come back and fix it at no additional cost. New equipment installations carry full manufacturer warranties (typically 5-10 years on parts).

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), e-Transfer, and debit. Payment is collected after the repair is completed and you're satisfied with the work. We don't require deposits for standard repairs.
