Appliance Repair FAQ
For most GTA locations, we can schedule same-day or next-day service. Our technicians carry common parts for popular brands, so most repairs are completed in a single visit. If we need to order a part, we'll schedule the repair for as soon as it arrives.
Apply the 50% rule: if the repair costs more than half the price of a new appliance and the unit is over 8-10 years old, replacement may be better. For newer appliances, repair is almost always the right choice. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on the specific situation.
Our trucks are stocked with the most commonly needed parts for popular brands (Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, etc.). This means most repairs are completed on the first visit. For less common parts, we can usually source them within 1-3 business days.
We charge a flat diagnostic fee that covers the technician's travel, inspection, and diagnosis. This fee is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair. You'll know the full cost before any work begins.
We primarily service residential appliances. For commercial appliance repair (restaurants, laundromats, etc.), please contact us to discuss your needs — we may be able to help or refer you to a specialist.
